AI is like a smart helper that can think and learn like a human, but it's a computer program.

Imagine you have a really smart dog. That dog can learn tricks, recognize your voice, and even understand some of your feelings. AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is kind of like that smart dog, but instead of a dog, it's a computer program.

AI can do things that usually need a human brain, like:

• Learning: Just like you learn new things in school, AI can learn from lots and lots of information.
• Problem-solving: If you have a puzzle, AI can try to solve it, sometimes even faster than you can!
• Understanding language: AI can understand what you say or type, and even talk back to you.

• When you ask Siri or Alexa a question, that's AI helping you. They understand your voice and try to find the answer.
• When you watch Netflix, the recommendations of what to watch next are made by AI that learned what kinds of shows you like.
• When you use Google Maps, AI helps find the best route to your destination by looking at traffic and road conditions.
• Even some toys are using AI to interact with children and adapt to their play style.
